Objectives

- Acquire tools and strategies for the effective management of work teams and the leadership of groups in complex organizational environments.
- Optimize the use and development of groups through the application of advanced techniques and in the management of group dynamics.
- Know how to implement significant and optimal organizational changes in their own institutions and organizations.
- To master the specific methodological aspects of applied research and group work.
- To learn to identify, apply and assess group processes and to design group interventions in any organization.
- To learn to diagnose group experiences and analyse the ideal role of the group coach in each specific situation.

Recommended applicant profile

Professionals holding a degree or diploma in any discipline and with an interest in group work in various settings: socio-educational, clinical-healthcare, organizational, community, social, educational, etc.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
