Objectives and competences

The course offers a unique educational experience with a sustainable, innovative approach. Face-to-face instruction in specialized classrooms and immersive learning in the world of wine. The course makes use of a "learning by doing" methodology, enabling students to develop their skills in sensory analysis of beverages and other products. Specific emphasis is placed on the sensory tasting of a wide variety of national and international wines, wine pairing, wine list preparation, and wine service.
