Objectives and competences

The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, adopted in 2006, marked a turning point in the approach to the rights of people with disabilities, which have been addressed from a human rights perspective ever since. This programme offers an in-depth look at inclusion, fairness and social justice as a social response to create a less aggressive and more humane, less exclusive and more accessible, less arbitrary and fairer society.
