Objectives and competences
The integral development of the individual, beyond the traditional training received in the classroom, requires experiencing a series of practical tools and concepts applied towards a harmonious evolution based on self-awareness and self-knowledge. In this context, the course offers an original synthesis of psychological, artistic and business strategies, the application of which favours adaptation to changing scenarios, optimization of emotional management and regulation and improvement of teamwork skills. The course will be taught by professionals from the academic, artistic and business fields.

- To take part in eminently practical activities with the constant guidance of the teaching staff in the execution of expressive corporal activities towards the assimilation of theoretical concepts related to awareness.

Access requirements and conditions
