Objectives and competences

This diploma offers face-to-face training at the CETT-UB facilities, in specialized classrooms to guarantee immersive learning, and introduces you to a new world of taste and sensory experiences. Through a theoretical-practical approach, students can acquire new skills and master the world of wine and the sensory analysis of beverages and other products, with special emphasis on the sensory tasting of all types of national and international wines, wine pairing, wine list development and wine service.
