Objectives and competences

This course was designed based on the real situation of companies and their needs to successfully stand out in the market. Students will learn how to define an organization's online strategy and develop digital marketing campaigns and actions through applying newly acquired knowledge in the areas of traffic generation, acquisition and conversion. By the end of the course, students will be able to build a multichannel strategy to reach the KPIs defined, to develop a customer journey map and to detect points for improvement in order to create an optimal customer experience that encourages long-term relationships through customer loyalty.

Recommended applicant profile

- Professionals from companies in the areas of communication, publicity, marketing, sales or technology, as well as entrepreneurs who wish to develop skills within digital marketing and obtain new competences in this area, using the most innovative strategies in digital marketing.
- University graduates with experience in design who wish to specialise in digital marketing.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
