Objectives and competences
The master's degree in Real Estate Consultancy, Management and Promotion is a state-of-the-art postgraduate degree that is essentially based on the practical case methodology and has two main objectives: promote the professional careers of participants and give them tools to obtain more profitability for their real estate investments. The master's degree changes some of the subjects every year to adjust its content to new trends in the real estate market. In recent years, among others, we have incorporated the following topics: proptech, the management of co-living spaces, the keys to the success of co-working spaces and personal shopper companies.

- To acquire the main techniques for selling houses.
- To analyse different ways of managing an association of property owners.
- To study the main ways of transforming land.
- To learn to assess the viability of a real estate development.
- To study the basic types of real estate contracts.
- To understand investment in student residences, residential homes, shopping centres and hotels, etc.

- Any applicant wishing to work in real estate consultancy, administration, promotion and investment.
Access requirements: university degree, diploma or equivalent university qualification (in this case, the participant obtains a master's degree), or experience in real estate activities or an interest in working in real estate.
