Objectives and competences

Acquire knowledge about the knowledge, research methods and practices of women's politics (understood as ways of governing the world through the practice of loving and peaceful relations between all living beings) from subjects such as philosophy, pedagogy, feminist theory, law, literature, the politics of relationships, art, history, poetry, psychology, art history, writing, and mysticism. The master's degree has a modular and flexible structure. It can be taken both entirely online (personally tutored by the teachers) or as a blended-learning course.

- To learn the value in any area of knowledge of considering the inherent gender perspective in knowledge.
- Gain initial experience of research practices in which participants are free to express their gender.

Recommended applicant profile

People interested in sexual difference thinking, the politics of the symbolic, the sexuation of knowledge, women's freedom, eradication of violence against the female body, mediation, peace culture, women's studies, feminism, and women's policy.

Access requirements: bachelor's degree, pre-EHEA degree/diploma or engineering degree.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
