Objectives and competences

The master's degree develops the knowledge of the commercial actions (marketing and sales) necessary to satisfy the needs of customers. The structuring in modules enhances the knowledge of concepts and tools for efficient commercial management in both internal and external aspects. It also develops the knowledge and improvement of the skills and capacities necessary for negotiation at different levels. A unique methodology is applied aimed at student participation, seeking to meet student expectations through practical exercises, company visits, internal debates, business case simulators and much more.

- To learn the marketing and sales techniques required to meet the needs of clients and customers.
- To be capable of handling challenges posed by a constantly changing market.
- To exchange knowledge with sales professionals from other sectors (mass consumption, services, industry).
- To be familiar with the tools available for creating a Business Action Plan and a Marketing Plan.

Applicant profile and access requirements

Recommended applicant profile

- Degree holders interested in broadening and improving their knowledge of sales management and marketing for the sake of their career. Applicants without a degree must prove at least a three years' experience.

Candidates without a university degree obtain a university extension diploma.

Access requirements and conditions

The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.
