Objectives
- To promote academic aspects of mindfulness in its application in companies and institutions.
- To encourage research in mindfulness in the work context.
- To develop personal and spiritual growth.
- To learn to design, develop and assess training programmes on mindfulness that help professionals to work with full attention to increase efficacy and reduce stress.

This master's degree is aimed at any adult of any age, sex and nationality, with any training, who is working or not, in any business sector, in any company department, with or without experience of meditation, who wants to further their personal growth to become a Mindfulness professional and contribute to the generation of aware, happy organizations.The practicum (external placement) is focused on the business sector that each student selects.
Admission requirements:
- Submission of the documents required for registration and enrolment.
- Admission interview.
Access requirements and conditions
The course is also open to students with no prior university education, who will acquire the same knowledge and skills and receive a specific qualification for their learner group. Information on the access requirements and other conditions can be obtained from the course directors.Pre-enrolment

| Observations: | divendres, de 16:00 a 21:00 (sessions presencials a la Facultat d'Economia i Empresa), dissabte, de 10:00 a 14:00 i de 16:00 a 20:00 (sessions presencials a l'Espai del Mar, passeig Marítim, 271, i sessions presencials posturals a l'avinguda de la Constitució, 89, de Castelldefels), i des de divendres a les 16:00 fins a diumenge a les 16:00 (retirs residencials). Cal assistir obligatòriament a un 80% de les sessions presencials. Es permet l'assistència en línia a les sessions presencials i als retirs per mitjà de la plataforma Zoom del Campus Virtual de la Universitat de Barcelona. |
