It offers specialized training in the areas of the Spanish, European and international economy, economic and public policy, public funds and taxation, econometrics, micro and macro economics, and economic history. It equips students with the knowledge they need to tackle the problems posed by the current economic reality, such as the functioning and consequences of economic systems, alternative forms of resource allocation, wealth accumulation, and income distribution. The course is structured to enable and encourage students to spend one or two periods abroad, in order to strengthen the internationalization of the studies.
