Second phase: laying the foundations

Objective:
To produce the first draft of the new Statute based on the main ideas and core elements identified in the first phase.
Election and appointment of a drafting committee.
Drafting Committee of the Statute of the University of Barcelona (CREUB)
  • Co​​​​​​​mposition. Permanent members: three members appointed by the Rector and four members elected by the Senate (one student, two members of the PDI (one civil servant or permanent contracted doctor and one from any other PDI category) and one member of the PTGAS).
  • Functions. Drafting of the first proposal for the Statute.
The University Senate, in session on 18 June 2024, appointed the Statute Drafting Committee:
