First phase: where we are and where we want to go

Objective:
Identify the core areas and content of the new Statute based on a collaborative debate that generates the bases for an initial draft.
Participants:
A. Faculty members
  • Eight discussion groups, organized by group:
    • Three formed by students, three formed by teaching and research staff (two for civil service or permanent contracted doctoral staff and one for other teaching and research staff) and two formed by PTGAS.
    • The sessions must be adapted to the number and/or nature of the participants:
      • Between six and ten participants: discussion group, in which individual and group opinions are shared.
      • Eleven or more participants: workshop, in which work is done in subgroups and a general group conclusion is reached.
      • Using a specific agenda for each group.
      • Led by a specialized business, to guarantee an external perspective (reports are generated after each session and an impartial analysis conducted).
  • Individual interviews with faculty members.
