Department Agreements and Collaborations

The Department of Administrative Law, Procedural Law, and Financial and Tax Law, through Dr. Tomàs Font i Llovet, is responsible for the operational coordination of the collaboration program.
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a global framework for collaboration between the University of Barcelona and Universidad Externado de Colombia, aimed at consolidating and increasing scientific, pedagogical, cultural, educational, and technical exchanges within the Faculty of Law, particularly in the area of Administrative Law. Specifically, it will promote:

• Promoting the exchange of postgraduate students, professors, and researchers.
• Supporting the organization of stays during the training of students, professors, and researchers.
• Establishing joint research teams.
• Exchange of professors for teaching postgraduate and doctoral courses.
• Exchange of research materials, scientific and pedagogical documents, and publications.
• Facilitating the participation of teaching and research staff from both universities in any international scientific meeting organized by either institution.
