The Postgraduate Agency has been delegated the authority to approve programme fees equal to or less than €200/credit.
    • Information on long-term credit operations with financial entities and attention to transitory treasury needs and individualized operations of loans and advances from public administrations exceeding €300,000 (Article 41 of the Budget Execution Regulations)
    • Approval of the regulations of Univeristy units with economic autonomy (Article 62 of the Budget Execution Regulations).
    • Approval of additional remuneration for the teaching and research staff, remuneration for visiting professors and emeritus professors, and those amounts or concepts of staff remuneration other than those appearing in the Budget Execution Regulations (Articles 42 and 44).
    • Approval of modifications to the register of technical, management and administrative and services staff positions.
    • Approval of calls for applications for teaching and research staff positions and the offer of public employment.
