Teaching activity
At the Torribera Campus, courses are offered in the fields of Nutrition, Food Science, and Gastronomy.
It includes the degrees in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and in Food Science and Technology, affiliated with the Faculty of Pharmacy and Food Sciences, as well as the degree in Culinary and Gastronomic Sciences (CETT-UB). Within the undergraduate offer, there is also a double degree pathway in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and Pharmacy. Among the master’s programs are the Master’s in Food Safety, jointly promoted by the UAB and the UPF, and the Master’s in Nutrition in Physical Activity and Sport, affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. It is also linked to the Master’s in Food Development and Innovation, the Master’s in Nutrition and Metabolism, and the Master’s in Organic Agriculture. The academic offer is completed with a doctoral program with different research lines, university extension courses, and courses from the University of Experience.
