Exhibition of pieces from the first Introduction to scientific illustration course

The Introduction to Scientific Illustration course, given by the illustrator Blanca Martí between April and May this year, was a great success. The exhibition will display thirty works created by the students, which reflect the creative process of scientific illustration, from the first sketches in the field notebook to the final works.

This course is a new training proposal from the Animal Biodiversity Resource Centre (CRBA). The aim of the course is to learn in depth how to compose a scientific illustration using techniques ranging from charcoal to watercolour, ink, gouache and coloured pencils.
