The University of Barcelona will commemorate the victims of Freginals on 20 March

- It has been 10 years since the accident in which 13 UB Erasmus students lost their lives.

The University of Barcelona is commemorating the 13 Erasmus students who died in a coach crash in the town of Freginals (Tarragona), on the tenth anniversary of the tragedy. The commemorative event will take place on 20 March at 12 noon in the Ferran Soldevila garden of the Historic Building (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585).

The commemorative event will take place on 20 March at 12 noon in the Ferran Soldevila garden of the Historic Building (Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 585).
The event, which will include floral tributes and musical performances, will be attended by the rector of the UB, Joan Guàrdia; the former dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Elisenda Paluzie; and students from the University. Family members of the victims and representatives from their home universities will also attend the ceremony.
