The terms and conditions of the 18th UB Folder Contest are already available on the website. Every year, the University of Barcelona makes this call to choose the design of the university folder for the following academic year. From 11 November to 3 March 2025, the students who enrolled in UB centers can submit their designs, both individually and as a team. Participants include students of bachelor’s and master’s degrees, postgraduate studies, UB-specific master’s degrees and doctoral degrees, who are enrolled in the academic year 2024-2025. Proposals must be submitted online using the “Application to participate in the UB Folder Competition” form in the Procedures section of the UB e-office.

After the deadline for submitting the designs, the jury will select up to ten designs, and between 13 and 20 March, the university community (students, teaching staff and administration and service staff) will vote electronically for their favourite design. The most voted design will be used to create the UB folder, which will be given to all the students of the academic year 2025-2026. For the winner and all finalists, there will be a cash prize, ranging from 100 to 1,000 euros.
The results of the contest will be announced in a ceremony that will take place at the Historic Building on 21 March 2025 at 1.00 noon, and in which the awards will be given: 1,000 euros for the winning design and 100 euros for each one of the finalists.
