A delegation from the UB and UdG visits Gaston Berger University and Cheikh Anta Diop University.

The event will take place on 20 January and will feature Piotr Cywiński, director of Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, and Danuta Glondys, former city councillor for Culture in Kraków and former director of Villa Decius.

Professor of Sociology, she is an expert in gender and technology, as well as in gender and family public policies. 

An event on Tuesday, 20 January, will honour her extensive career in the fields of research, teaching and university management.

Four free concerts will be offered on Thursdays in February, featuring emerging artists from the Catalan music scene, in a format that consolidates the University of Barcelona as a space for musical discovery. 

The agreement reached between the Government of Catalonia and the University of Barcelona provides for the acquisition of the properties by the Government and allows the University to continue carrying out the sporting activities that take place there until 2030.

The response from the university community confirms the sustained growth of the test and reinforces the University of Barcelona’s key role in it.
