An international team led by the UB will study the validity of the current cosmological model

Two members of the UB’s Institute of Cosmos Sciences, Licia Verde and Fred Courbin, are co-leading the RedH0T project, which aims to resolve the Hubble tension, one of the challenges in modern cosmology and a source of disagreement when determining the expansion rate of the universe.
From December 24 to January 5, the service will remain closed due to the institutional closure of the University of Barcelona for the Christmas holidays.
During working days within this period, support will only be provided via email.
SAE telephone and face-to-face support during academic course:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm.
The timetable may change at Christmas, Easter week and during the summer.
