New technologies to identify food fraud in hazelnut consumption

A team of the University of Barcelona is extending available methodologies to verify the geographical origin and variety of hazelnuts destined for consumption and thus prevent its commercial fraud.

SAE telephone and face-to-face support: Monday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The timetable may change at Christmas, Easter week and during the summer.
