Advances to prevent food fraud in the consumption of virgin olive oil and pine nuts

A team of the University of Barcelona advances in the fight against food fraud with new studies that help to verify the geographical origins of virgin olive oil and pine nuts.
Attention:
From April 14 to 16, the service hours will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On April 16 there will be no face-to-face attention, due to the closure for works at the Florensa Building.
From April 17 to 21, the service will be closed to the public due to the institutional closure of Easter week.
SAE telephone and face-to-face support: Monday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The timetable may change at Christmas, Easter week and during the summer.
