La Pineda beach in Vila-seca registers the highest concentration of microplastics in Catalonia

A research team from the UB and the URV is analysing for the first time the presence of microplastics accumulated on beaches along the Catalan coastline.
Attention:
From April 14 to 16, the service hours will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On April 16 there will be no face-to-face attention, due to the closure for works at the Florensa Building.
From April 17 to 21, the service will be closed to the public due to the institutional closure of Easter week.
SAE telephone and face-to-face support: Monday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The timetable may change at Christmas, Easter week and during the summer.
