Genetic processes that could trigger leukaemia in patients with a rare genetic disorder deciphered

The study has been carried out thanks to advanced models of GATA2 gene deficiency disease, a rare condition that affects fewer than one million people worldwide.
From December 24 to January 5, the service will remain closed due to the institutional closure of the University of Barcelona for the Christmas holidays.
During working days within this period, support will only be provided via email.
SAE telephone and face-to-face support during academic course:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, and Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm.
The timetable may change at Christmas, Easter week and during the summer.
