Polítiques alimentàries i governança


L'Observatori recull una àmplia experiència en el desenvolupament i l'anàlisi de polítiques que afecten els sistemes alimentaris, els seus impactes i conseqüències, des de la degradació ambiental a l'accés d'aliments sans i sostenibles per a tota la població.

​​​​​​​Aquest tipus d'investigacions es regeixen principalment per principis de recerca d'acció participativa on s'involucren entitats públiques i el sector públic i privat per comprendre les limitacions actuals i generar solucions compartides.
