La recerca duta a terme en aquest node es pot emmarcar en programes i estratègies de recerca i innovació multidisciplinària al voltant de l'alimentació 5S (saludable, segura, sostenible, social i satisfactòria). Promovent interaccions entre la nutrició, la salut i les ciències socials, sempre des de la perspectiva de millorar la salut de la població, mitjançant l'alimentació i un estil de vida saludable.
